- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Dibble's office is quite a breath of fresh air in today's health care environment. His office does not file insurance for the patients and therefore is not bound by large insurance companies obligations to perform overpriced tests so they can mark up the cost and then write it off to get a tax break as a loss!! The patient can still file their own claim with their insurance company and get reimbursed. Dr. Dibble's office is like stepping back in time to when Doctors owned their own practices and took the time to get to know their patients and were not just running patients through like cattle the way most Healthcare offices are now.December 12, 2016by Preston Cutbirth
