- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ZERO stars for this office! Dr. Thompson is ok. Her staff is AWFUL! The office manager Linda NEVER follows-up with anything & is beyond rude. My husband is pre-lung transplant. BCBS requires a PCP who can refer him to his specialists. Her staff can't seem to get that done. Their lack of professionalism and arrogant attitude has yet again caused issues for my husband and his need for being seen by the specialists. Very disgusted.
