  I have been going to Dr. Cutbirth my entire life. I have never been to another dentist and I hope I never have to. He is such a nice and intelligent dentist. He always tells me what he is about to do so I am never shocked. I always feel safe in his office. On top of that he has a great sense of humor and a great rep-or which makes it even better. I love this office! It is so family oriented. Don't be surprised when you see his wife helping out. He and his partner Dr. Sanderson are great friends and you can feel it. Dr. Sanderson is also a great dentist. He is amazing at root canals. My husband had his first done by Dr. Sanderson and he said he never felt much pain. He was in horrible pain before and feels so much better now. The dental hygienists are also very friendly and great at what they do. The women that work at the front desk are pleasant and nice. The whole place is a very Christian office and it's relaxing. There is a huge fish tank that is basically a wall in the waiting room and it's really nice to look at. There are also very comfortable chairs in the waiting room and the whole front office is made of windows so waiting doesn't feel droll. They are very flexible with payment options and I know for a fact he has helped more people than you can imagine. If you are looking for a dentist for life, I promise this is the only place you need to go.

  Mixed feelings. Cutbirth and Sanderson (C&S) DDS has been our family dentist for 5 of the past 7 years (sometimes the company I work for changes insurers, and C&S doesn't accept). They are super nice folks, very good dentists and well intentioned — 5-STARS. So, when my insurance changed back to Cigna, I was delighted that C&S accepted the plan. We made appointments, and was confirmed cleaning was 100% covered. When we arrived, I asked to confirm that we were covered. Absolutely, was their reply. Guess what? Yep. So, when I got a bill and questioned it, C&S accounts told me that they could never guarantee charges that were not "customary" — 1-STAR. I asked a 3rd party to arbitrate and they were told by C&S that "if the service date was over six weeks ago, then the claim would have processed out-of-network" — 1-STAR. Apparently, there's some question to which C&S address the claim was filed under, which made it out-of-network. The more I found out the less I understood. Long story short: C&S offered to split the bill. I'll begrudgingly write the check, then find a different dentist. (Note: I was reminded by C&S accounts that they did replace a filling for free during my visit. I thanked her and said it was them who had pulled the original out by accident during a routine cleaning near two years ago. 5-STARS for offering to fix it without knowing it was their mistake in the first place.)
