  Will never ever use Banfield for veterinary Services. After being told that I had an appointment at 4:30 I arrived at 4:35 I was told to go home after driving 45 minutes to get to the location. I needed to get my dog's vaccinations updated today so that I could drop her off at her boarding facility tomorrow. If I had known that this was a possibility at that I would be unable to get my dog vaccinated I would not have driven 45 minutes they use their services. I would have continued calling veterinary clinics until I found one when I called at 10 a.m. if I had known that 5 minutes could mean being turned away. It being after 5 p.m. on a Sunday there is no way I can get my dog vaccinated today it has put me in a very bad situation. Beware of this location and be sure to be 10 minutes early because obviously 5 minutes is just too much trouble for them.
